Trevor Nichols, CPA
Founder
Trevor's path to founding AgenAI™ began with two parallel threads: a deep-rooted understanding of business fundamentals and an enduring fascination with technology. Growing up around accounting and business strategy, he developed an early appreciation for how businesses operate and evolve.
Trevor's began his career as an auditor at Deloitte, eventually transitioning to a consultant role at a leading advisory firm. Through these experiences, he worked extensively across multiple industries including insurance, private equity, healthcare, and more. This diverse exposure gave Trevor a unique combination of skills - the ability to quickly understand business processes across industries through an accounting lens, while having the technical expertise to implement effective automation solutions. This blend of business acumen and development experience enables him to identify which processes are truly ripe for optimization, distinguish between what works and what doesn't across different company contexts, and execute targeted solutions where they'll have the most impact.
